System memory of 4GB is normal. It usually runs between 3 and 5GB.

I know it's hard on a Z3 or Q5, but I try to keep at least 800MB free at all times.

But cointe so why my device memory goes 6gb to 7.5 gb after install media lock app? And my system 4.3gb, app 1.37 gb, user file 61 mb, free 262 mb so this total is 6.2 gb, but in setting its 7.5 gb. After install app, any solution I attach settings page.

All I can say is that your numbers from your device monitor look good.

And when I try to hide picture, see "please wait" and than after some time see notification devise storage all most full, I think it is possible that total picture of sd card hide on device memory? And this cause storage gone 6gb to 7.5 gb.

See what happens if you try to free up more space by deleting apps.

There is nothing wrong with your device. The numbers don't usually add up, because of overhead. Your device monitor looks good. You don't need to do anything. Just delete apps if you need more space.

When 10.3.3 comes out, you, along with Q5 users will have to use an autoloader anyways, so everything will be wiped and you will have to start over.

There is nothing wrong with your hardware. Guaranteed.

Your phone seems to be working normally for a BB10 device.

Your real issue is that 8GB was way too small for normal usage today.

You are going to have to limit a few things
    1) What apps you install, if you don't need them... delete them. Stay away from games with large file sizes.
    2) Delete all installation files - the APK that are usually in your download folder
    3) Limit the number of accounts on your phone and their sync timeframe.
    4) Use the SD Card to store as much as you can... Pictures, Documents, Downloads. Some apps that use databases might even allow their data to be stored on an SD Card instead of internally
    5) In your browser privacy settings, clear your history, cookies, and other website data.

As for updating or reinstalling software... I am a fan of doing a clean install every now and then. And NOTE restoring any data. But I don't think any update or 10.3.3 when it comes is going to change anything for you. My System File was almost 12GB at one point... but I seven accounts and had forgot an made one sync "forever".

No. The problem is not hardware.

You can try running an autoloader without a restore. Or just wait a week or two for 10.3.3.

Move whatever you can (music, photos, videos) to a SD card. Run an autoloader and don't restore. Cut down on apps afterwards, especially that particular lock app. Don't be surprised that 8GB of internal storage is filling up.

Download to your PC, unzip, plug in your phone, run autoloader.

The contents of your device (not your SD card) will be wiped.

Use your PC to access the link, download the correct autoloader and install your new OS. You do ALL of this from your PC, not your device. Make sure you download the correct OS for your device type.
