The phone if blacklist is stolen and may have been reported stolen. You are indeed out of luck. This is why I play it safe and only buy new phone

I lost Priv at Dakar airport 01/05, nobody have reported to lost and found office within 4 days, I set up erase memory next time telephone is online through Google account. May be this is my priv
