    I'm going to perform a clean install through autoloader. I know I lose my pics, music, files. I know I keep my bb id. But what about BBM PIN? Will I be able to come back to my groups and channels or will I have to ask to join them again with a new Pin? Also, is it better to do with Sim taken out or it doesn't matter?

    Once you sign into your BBM account all will be good - just no old messages.

    I always leave the SIM in... there was a time many suggested removing it, but they also suggested a wipe, reload and then a wipe again...
