I currently have a Q10 it's starting to act a bit sketchy. Should I buy an unlocked q10 or 'upgrade' to classic? Want/need pkb and do not want Priv/android phone. Are there other major pros besides the trackpad on the. Classic? Or does the q10 offer something better/different? Thanks for any opinions.

Classic: better and bigger display, a slightly better battery, toolbelt is really handy in some situations, but don't consider it to be a killer feature. On the downside, it's noticably bigger than Q10 and heavier, specs are kind of outdated, but in terms of specs, everything depends on how and what you are using your device for.

I'd go for an upgrade at any time. Don't see any reason to buy the same phone.

Thanks for your input. I really just use phone for texting and checking email and of course calls. Sometimes I listen to podcasts via Bpod app. I used to listen to sirius on my Torch but w/o flash cannot access on q10.

I prefer everything about the classic except it's size and the fact I cannot call direct from search results.

The specs of the two devices are exactly the same, but I believe the Classic has a bigger display, and includes the toolbelt.
The Classic also has a bigger battery, but not by much. The smaller AMOLED display of the Q10 gives it an advantage in terms of battery span.
