    Sync Timeframe maxes out at 90 days. Shortest Sync Interval is 5 minutes. Old curve received emails faster than ANYTHING. Is there a way to improve either setting? Thanks!

    It all depends on the email service itself. Hotmail uses ActiveSync for "push", gmail uses imap for almost "push".
