How can this be fixed? Camera/flashlight will not load or start. Doesn't work fully charged or after restart. Using BlackBerry Classic with latest OS.

I'm getting "Flash mode change failed" error message when I start back camera. The screen is black and nothing works. However, if I switch to front facing camera, that one works. Help us someone!!
