You can use the BlackBerry Web Channels Manager to do so here: https://cmc.channels.blackberry.com/...al/get-started

Just login with your BlackBerry ID, and Edit your channel setting from Private to Public

Ah okay.

Upon further investigation - it appears you cannot do this.

You may be required to create a new channel, and let your private members know of the new channel before deleting the old one.
