I've had a yahoo e-mail account for ages and I also used it to set my Blackberry Id years back. Now I'm trying to ween myself away from yahoo and would like to switch it to my outlook account.

    So:

1: I'm using a Z30 and it appears I can do it through "settings - BB id etc is this correct?

2: Will all my apps I purchased through BB world go with my new account?

3: Also I've ordered myself A new Passport is it best to wait until I get and do all the switching at once?

    Thanks!

    1. Yes
    2. Yes. Same account. Same BlackBerry ID, just different email
    3. No, better to get it changed now. Account changes don't always update everywhere instantaneously.

On your phone it's under Settings: BlackBerry Protect (right after BlackBerry ID).
