change of mother board

Hello everyone
I did change the motherboard of my q10 because the sim card reader was broken.
I am now stuck with some sort of testing
the Screen is black and green
I have several options on my left
Hs out
Holster
Accel
and so on
some of them are green on some other are black off
I had to swipe my finger all around the screen to turn the lights green on and touch all the BB keys to turn them on , but then next to Holster - start, next to Accel- face up and next to SDSW -start and the system stops
any idea ?

OH no! You have been waiting a while for someone to help you! How did you make out? Were you able to get that motherboard diagnostic off the screen and get the phone running??

thank you for the reply , no I am still stuck at that point , I cannot even switch the mobile off , I need to take the battery out

holster is still black - start
Accel is still black -face up
mag is still black -accuracy is low
SDSW is still black- start

any idea?

Hello, was this new motherboard with a new pin? If not its won't work. You need to move the card reader over to your old board. If you want I can do it for ya hit me up

Hello ,actually I did change the mother board because the sim card reader was broken . I though was simpler . :(
I do have the old motherboard and also i do have a new sim card reader
I am in London , where are you based ?
Can you fix it for me ?

I do not know if someone found the solution.
I have a similar issue....
I Changed my motherboard, and I came into this menu. You have to follow instructions like pressing ALL keys, simulating acceleration. To perfom the Lux test, I put my finder on the sensor then in front of a home light.. Then, for the Holster, I've used a magnet ! At the back of the phone...BUt reamined only the SD SW in Start mode.Would it mean (SD software ?) Maybe we need to put a soft, but can't find the solution...I got stuck...
I decided to launch an autoloader, and since, I'm bricked, with the red light blinking ! I think my phone is dead ! I'll not purchase a new motherboard.
I've someone have a solution, welcome !
