    I have forgotten the BlackBerry ID and password, need help to create again. May you help?

    If you are on 10.2 or above I think you need to enter the same BBID which you used while setting up the device, otherwise your device is as good as paper weight. BlackBerry Protect will not allow you to change it even if you reset the phone using Autoloader.. You can try reset the password by web login on your computer.
