Casper snapchat

I've been using Casper, and it works great for sending them and checking stories but, I am unable to add any new contacts or if I get the other person to do so, it dosent show up on Casper - even when they send me a snapchat! Has anyone else had this or knows a solution?

You might want to post on their Facebook page. The dev seems to be somewhat responsive on there.
It's not the first time I see this complaint though, he might fix it in an upcoming build hopefully.
