Because the existing 10.3.1 devices have more bugs that can benefit from an update??

Whereas most existing users on 10.2.1 are using a pretty stable OS and not experiences problems that require an immediate update. True they are missing out on a few new features, but stability is what counts with Carriers and IT Departments.

Thanks finally someone made a comment that makes sense. Exactly that's why because if your running a stable OS then the one with bugs takes priority. Its not like those running on 10.2.1 have major problems that need fixing.

Also i would like to make a point here. A lot of people are asking why it is taking so long to push out updates. As far as i'm concerned yes it would be nice to do things faster, but all things considered Blackberry is doing a pretty good job now a days considering they cut their work force in half,, even though in the past they had a few thousand more employees but they weren't doing anything faster that's for sure.

Carriers just approve the updates, BlackBerry pushes them. Why are you angry at the carriers? They all seem to grant approval fairly quickly once they receive the new update. I don't understand why you think they've gone wild or why you are angry at the carriers. Stop freaking out about it, if you really want 10.3.1, it's been available as a leak for a while.
