Ever since I switched over to bb10 I haven't been able to view my pdf files from insurance company. I can view them on a android device but not on my Z30 or previously on my Z10. I can view some pdf's just nothing from my insurance company. The files open but except for a couple of boxes everything else is blank.

Would anyone have a suggestion on a different application that would allow me to view more pdf's.

The PDF standard was created by Adobe. The best way to view PDFs is with the Adobe Reader app. You can download it from BlackBerry World.

That's what I have been using, it comes preloaded on the Z30. Still won't show the pdf file completely.

Are you viewing it from an e-mail attachment. If so on the bottom there is an option to open it in Adobe reader. Try that too
