I have a huge problem.. I can't use the Skype,dailymotion,deezer and another applications on my blackberry z10 STL100-2. 10.2.1.2977 version. When I open the Skype,its a black screen and don't opening.. why? And also,i can't install apk files,because when I want to install it writing : Processing. And don't happening nothing.. what should I do? Please help me..

Most likely you have a corrupted Android Runtime.

One way to solve this is to reload the OS using BlackBerry Link. It would be better not to restore after reload because you may re-introduce the error into the system.

Connect the phone to the PC and use BlackBerry Link > Preferences > Reload Device Software

A new copy of the OS will be downloaded from BlackBerry servers.

You will lose all the data on your phone, so make sure that you take these steps prior to reloading the software:

1. cancel SD Card encryption (if it remains encrypted the encryption key will be deleted when reloading the OS and you will not be able to access it afterwards)

2. save your important files on the SD Card, on the PC or in the Cloud.

You may try it, but there is no guarantee it will work (not every *.apk works on 10.2.1 - those dependent on Google Services don't work).

Search on CrackBerry, maybe you find some info about GTA 3.
