    I was using BB Q10 and suddently it turned off, at that time, the battery still have around 70% left. After that, it can't turn on and charging(outlet). Tried connect it to computer, BB Link does not recognized the device. I also tried take out battery charing(outlet) and connect with computer. The notification light flash in red for few seconds when connect with charger, nothing shows on screen.

    Try charging the battery witha remote charger, mine did th same, th usb port was gon, I ordered another port and it should b up and running in a week (I just got the USB port in the mail. A also ordered a new original battery and juat got it too...)...charging the battery withan externa chargr works good, I now have 2 batteries. Also set your battery saver to 100 percent then your battery will ast for 2 days.

    With shipping the battery was about $10 US and an original from Amazon
