    For three days now, my BlackBerry z10 can't send texts or bbms. I have done everything from resets to battery pulls. Please help!!!!

    Have you checked with your service provider for outages? Have you tried swapping over to a different sim to send text/ BBM msg to isolate if it's the sim or handset? Do you still receive texts?

    Yes I can receive msg's, when I got to send a text one of two things happen 1, the screen will not display any texts like it would be a blank screen or 2, I can type but my msg but it will not send them. With bbm it acts normal types and sends but the recipient never gets the bbm!
