    When trying to send pics a red exclamation mark appears next to the image and it won't send.

    When trying to receive pics, the preview is blurry and they can't be opened.

    I'm on a KEYone - the app and system have been updated, phone restarted, chat restarted. Doesn't matter if it's sending a pic from the photos library or taking one within the app.

    Any clues? This has only been a problem over the last few days and is driving me nuts!!

    Contact is on an iPhone if that's relevant.

    Has this been an ongoing issue or just happened?

    Emtek is moving BBM (Android/iOS) off BlackBerry's servers to Google's and I'm sure for the next little bit there will be issues.

    Try deleting and re-installing if you're still having issues.
    Make sure you both are on the latest respective versions of BBM
