    I downloaded and installed but it doesn't open.

    The screen is popped up and just disappears. I already tried reboots, security wipe.

    Are you on 10.3.3?

    If so, you access the diagnostics from the help app.

    Yes. My os is 10.3.3.2163.
    I tried it from the help app. however it crashes. It's s freezing for a while even before running.
