    When I try to open my BlackBerry id to download apps they tell me that the anti-theft is on and I should use the BlackBerry id that was created for the phone.is there any solution to put that anti-theft off . please help me

    Pull down for general device Settings....scroll down until you see BlackBerry Protect....toggle Off....you will need to login with your BBid to disable.
