    Sound like they were encrypted?

    Try putting the card back into the old phone and remove the encryption from the SD Card.....

    Please report back as I'm having some issues decrypting my media card. The more info I get the better. I have participated in several other threads about my problems if you're interested I copy the links to this thread.

    If you encrypted the card using just a user chosen password, then you may be able to stick the card into another BlackBerry OS device just to decrypt it. Otherwise you are probably screwed.
