can't open link on Dtek50 links on Dtek50 emails

I have received several emails saying someone quoted me on CrackBerry.
On my Z30, if I click on a link in the email, it takes me to the thread I participated in.
On my Dtek50, when I click on the same link, NOTHING happens.
Why? How can I fix it? I have Firefox as my default browser, but also have Chrome installed.
