I cant open the appworld, it says it needs an update, also cant find where to register blackberry id, the phone seems to be completely useless, i have a bold 9000 and can do everything, is this because of the os the bold 9780 has? Should i maybe downgrade it? Thanks in advanced

Did yo go through the whole activation process? Do you have a BIS portal with your carrier?

How did you get it to work?
I have the same problem. When I click the AppWorld app it says that I must upgrade to the currect version of the app. But there is no place for downloading the newest version.
So please tell me how you did this.
