    I have bought a z3 second hand. And. I don't know it's old id and password. Which was use to setup the phone.
    And I a m not able to login my BlackBerry id in that or create a new one because it's asking for that id which was used to setup the phone
    Due to anti theft protection
    So I m not able to download any app also

    You need to get the original Id and password for the device...no other option.
    Contact the original owner or seller.
    The original owner will need to disassociate the device from BlackBerry Protect prior to wiping the phone and only then can you enter your own BBid.
