    Hi,

    When I receive a call on my Q10 I have to use speaker to listen and speak and without speaker it's silent but the caller can hear me at the other end.

    Use BlackBerry virtual expert to test your earpiece. If it doesn't work then you're gonna want get a warranty replacement
