What is the equivalent BlackBerry App store to download videos I bought on my BlackBerry z10 app store?

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to transfer those movies from the Z10 to the PlayBook *and* be able to play them. The PlayBook had a Video app that allowed you to download movies directly from Rovi, the distributor. You /created/ a Rovi login and used that. For the Z10, BlackBerry wanted to make BlackBerry World a single stop shop, similar to iTunes, so they integrated the video and music stores into BlackBerry World. You would only need to use your normal BlackBerry ID to log in to access videos, music and apps. Unfortunately, this created a situation where the permissions to play the videos were tied to two different logins. This basically means that the copy protections put into the files would prevent you from tranferring *and* playing the files.
