I'm unable to do anything on my Blackberry 9310. When I press the trackpad to unlock my phone nothing
happens. When I click on right button on the tool belt to turn my phone on nothing happens. The only action
that results in anything happening is removing the battery, that will allow the phone to reboot and the screen turn on but I
can't do anything else, eventually the screen times out.

Take it to your service provider they might be able to do it for you.

Just send it in for service. Stuff happens sometimes.

It's a 2 year old, discount, entry-level device after all.
