    I'm using BlackBerry Passport, I have this problem from the day I bought it but did not care about it but now I'm just wondering if there is any way fixing this error.

    The problem is when I try to create playlists in BlackBerry Default Music Player it is showing some error. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me fix this issue.
