    For some reason when I access my Password Keeper is says in red type; Enter "blackberry". I've entered my regular password and nothing. I've entered blackberry, BlackBerry and nothing. I just received a 6/10 attempts twice now and am unable to access my password keeper. Anyone have any advice or suggestions???

    It is due to wrong password entered every time.Try to remember the exact combination of words, number symbol or the capital letter if any.
