    I am having issues on my BlackBerry z3 while using mobile Internet,i am not be able to use Internet or download such a file while I am having mobile data connectivity on. Mean while a message appear check your wi-fi or mobile data connectivity.

    Try deleting your wifi profiles, restart your device, and then reload them

    Thanks for the help it works but also I am having connectivity problem with mobile Internet also. on mobile Internet on still some app. appear with no Internet connectivity. Please help me.
