I have a Z10 with 10.0.9.422 OS and have attempted 5 times to update to the latest (Verizon). I have tried WiFi and USB connection to laptop running latest BBLink. Software downloads but fails with fatal error on installation. Any help?

Well it does't leave you to many options, try loading the os via autoloader, just make sure you back up first,
