    Tried to uninstall Nemory's Messenger Pro via the desktop icon method. It disappeared as normal. I then rebooted my phone and went to reinstall it via BlackBerry World but noticed it is still installed (though no icon found on desktop).. but nothing happens when I hit "open" via BlackBerry World. I also cannot delete or uninstall via BlackBerry World.. I get an error message saying failed to uninstall. Yesterday when I tried all this, I saw it still in Device Monitor but I don't see it there now.. but it is still in BlackBerry World with all the issues above.
    What gives?! How do I uninstall?

    My guess is Account likely remains present.
    Try removing it from Account manager in Settings.
    If that fails download the Accounts Cleaner app in BBW. Follow the instructions.

    I tried all of this, and the problem persists. I saw Messenger in accounts cleaner and deleted it but although it is apparently deleted, still having same problems.

    Hard reboot...hold power button down for 20 -30 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.

    Then refresh BBW...settings....general...refresh
