    I am not able to receive files on my BBZ10 using Bluetooth .Error when clicked on receive : transfer cancelled. I have searched every where online no go.

    This error appears with every files likes image, media etc. This has been a month no solution found.

    If it is working fine before....than the cause may be any app or game u hv installed earlier. Plz check

    My phone cannot receive files using bluetooth.it always says transfer interrupted.please give me a solution for this.

    Problem solved already. I think it has something to do with the Micro SD. After I removed the Micro SD, everything is ok. But, still, some apps doesn't work with wi-fi mode.

    Me too have the same problem in my BlackBerry Z10. I just removed my SD Card (external memory card) and then I tried to receive files via bluetooth. It never notify me errors. After all I put formatted memory card. Now everything is very good..
