    I have troubles with my battery some days its work some days its not charge
    Does Blackberry give us legal downloads link to install operating system from there site due to restore for manufacture option doesnt work

    I believe what you mean is "autoloaders" BlackBerry no longer supports devices, that is handled by hardware partner, BlackBerry Mobile (TCL). HOWEVER no one supports BlackBerry 10 devices anymore. They just support BlackBerry Android devices.

    I believe you will have a hard time finding the correct autoloader, BUT it should be out there somewhere at 3rd party sites.
