Can wallpapers be used for desktop pcs?

I don't have a blackberry, but want to use the Biohazard Escape for my pc

Pictures are pictures.... save the image and then select it as you background.

Issues will be scaling or fitting the image to a different scale.

If you downloaded the photo from somewhere, just copy it over to your PC.
