Hello all, although i have been using official 10.2.1.3062 on my Z10, i encounter this problem all the time. Please see the video at :

The only way to fix it seems to reset my Z10. Can someone help me what exactly causes this ? I cannot enter into applications, it swipes to right automatically.
Hmm strange. Do a full backup and reset ur device. That'll work for sure!

Resetting already solves it but after a few days, it repeats. I want to know what causes it.
Hmm alright. There is a prob in ur OS then a slight glitch I guess. Try installing 10.3.1.1949.
If that doesnt work use ur warranty or get it checked by an expert Im new here so I dont know much... I hope I helped.
