    If it's Verizon probably not, if it another carrier then yes but make sure it's unlock then you should be fine.

    Verizon Privs are the EASIEST carrier phones to use other SIM cards with--they're sold unlocked.

    But if you don't have a Verizon Priv OP, just make sure you unlock your Priv before you go to Spain and you will be fine there.

    I was referring to there being No CDMA in Spain, but maybe the Verizon Priv can cover more spectrum so there won't be that many problems.

    The Verizon Priv is penta-band UMTS (just as good as the European Priv) and it has the three main LTE bands used by European carriers--including Spanish MNOs Vodafone, Movistar, Orange and Yoigo.
