Apart from the Google Play store, using Cobalts fixes or using Snap you can start here...

There are plenty of other apk libraries available too.
As far as function on the SE the hardware should handle it but depending on where Gotenna sources it's map feature you may need to install Cobalts stack of fixes in order to patch for Google services and modify the Google Maps API...can be done but a daunting task to the unfamilar.
The other limitation will be the BlackBerry android runtime...no future development and as Android develops the bb10 devices will be left further behind.
I should close by noting that I don't have a Gotenna subscription so can't confirm all that is required to make the device functional. Good luck with it!
