    I have a DTEK50 and the slide for answering or rejecting the call does not appear when the phone rings. Sometimes it only rings once but is 'still ringing'. I can get to it via the app I would use to make a call.

    Have you done a hard reboot?

    Might be a simpler fix.... but a Factory Reset on Android doesn't take too long if you have allowed Google to back it up.
