Unfortunately my trusty Playbook stopped doing anything at all last week. After a couple of times charging and trying to reboot it it finally started coming to life again; the restart however took more than a whole night. Then it showed its screen, but a couple of apps seemed to be deleted, and some didn't respond -among which my internet explorer (I do have internet connection), BlackBerry World and my messages. When trying to connect to my laptop, the laptop doesn't 'see' it, so I cannot make a back-up. The 'hard' reset I read about somewhere on the CrackBerry site (vol up/down+on/off button) makes no difference and I can't connect to BlackBerry to update the OS. When choosing 'messages' I get an error 22 and when selecting BB bridge I get an error 2. Is there any solution? It's tough being without my Playbook
