T-Mobile USA... Yes.
If it's unlocked.
There are 4 variants of the Z10. You have to make sure you're buying a variant compatible with T-Mo first.

Z10 STL100-3 is definitely compatible with T-Mobile USA; I'm not sure with other models. Plus as per poster above me, if the Z10 wasn't originally on T-Mo, it will need to be unlocked to work.
