    Hello,
My problem is that I turn my notifications off, but I forget to turn them back on again.
What I'd like to be able to do is switch notifications off for a limited time only (like 30 mins). After this interval my notifications profile would switch back to 'Normal'.
Are there any solutions out there for this problem?

There are several apps to do that (and more). Search BBW for "Profile" keyword

Profile Manager - schedules profile for a specific time, helps me a lot to keep my phone silent during office hours!

Same here. I use Profile Manager to turn on vibrate mode from 8:00AM to 4:30PM on weekdays (work) and silent mode from 11:00PM to 7:00AM every night.

I had an issue with it recently, when my schedules vanished, but unless that becomes a common occurrence I'm not going to worry about it.

You can use an app called bQuiet. Simple and effective.

with 10.3.1 you can use meetings. Just set a meeting in calender for Whatever time you need notifications off.

Whenever it is time BlackBerry will turn meeting profile on automatically abd when the meeting is over the profile returns to normal... no third party app required
