Can i start BBM soon??

good afternoon. I just bought a used Blackberry curve, in portugal. I have access to the internet and the sms. But, no access to BBM or my mail. BBM, i added the PIN of a person and it says "pending, awaiting for authorisation". Mail it says something about enterprise activation. since bought it, i tryed doing some things, but ended up restarting from factory. it still asks for the enterprise activation on mail. bbm wont start without mail, so im kind of blocked... what can i do?

Have you bought BIS from your carrier? In Curve to access mail and BBM you need BIS (BlackBerry Internet Subscription).
