    On dec 31 whatsapp will not be available for blackberry 10 can I make my bb passport run with android os?

    The BlackBerry 10 OS includes an Android version 4.3 runtime and you can install the Android version of WhatsApp from here: https://www.whatsapp.com/android/
    It may continue to work in 2017, but you'll have to wait until then to find out for sure.

    To be able to send and received pictures and videos you'll need to patch the Android WhatsApp APK file with the WAA Fixer: Here's the link to a thread discussing the WAA Fixer: http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...hread-1088960/

    I switched back the whatsapp in BlackBerry world after knew that the android version a bit lag and can't even send out the video or picture..
    I stocked back until see what happen next for whatsapp in BlackBerry and might have some surprise,who know??
