    Hi,

I recently bought a BlackBerry KEYone and realized it has a QWERTZ keyboard. I was wondering if there is any way to remap the physical keyboard to another layout?

    Thanks!

See if you can get a different keyboard here:
Settings > languages & input > keyboard settings > BlackBerry Keyboard > input languages.

See if there's something there for Qwerty/qwertz

I have the same problem as in the opening post. I tried what you suggested here. Changing the input language does not change the keyboard mapping unfortunately :'(

This is really weird and frustrating, since it seems to be possible to completely customize the alt key (symbol) mapping (even to have alt keys output any emoticons directly), but not the "normal" letter key mapping?!

It would seem like an obvious thing to implement. Especially since the Q10 and other BBOS10 devices had the possibility to remap the keyboard to another layout.
