    I have a Q10 how do I make it so my pin messages notify as a Alert Level 1? Can you do it so only PINS from Jane Doe activate alert notification? thanks

    I don't beleive you can specific alert level 1 for specific contacts.

    You can customize sounds for a contact but that's not the same as setting them to alert level 1
