    Sorry but as most PlayBook owners can tell you... BlackBerry does a good job of locking down the boot rom. Only a BlackBerry approved software package can be installed.

    SURE. You can install Apple iOS on it if you want, and get access to 1.745 trillion apps. Just ask Apple and they'll install it for you for free.
