Q10 running 10.2, TMO phone. Rec'd phone Thursday. Coming from a 9900 and it took me 3 days to get used to OS10. I had everything working fine and when I deleted individual emails I would receive the prompt asking if I wanted to delete from HUB or HUB & Server. Yesterday the prompt still asked but only "delete from HUB" appeared as an option, delete from HUB and Server was gone. Now all I have is the dialog asking me to check the box if I don't want this to be my default action but neither the Delete from HUB or the Delete from HUB and Server options appear in the dialog box. I have tried pulling the battery, changing the selection in the HUB setting to delete from HUB and then changing to back to prompt. If I select delete from HUB in the settings I still get the prompt dialog box but there are no choices. I've searched but I'm not finding anyone else with this issue. Any suggestions? I just got this device setup exactly the way I want it and I really don't wan to wipe and start over.

If you've tried changing the settings and they're not staying you don't really have much choice but to give it a reset and try setting it up again. Also, it's a bit bothersome you said 10.2.. are you really still on 10.2 or is it actually 10.2.1? Because if it's 10.2, you're should really look into getting updated to 10.2.1.
