    I would like to change my existing BBM pin number for a new one. Is it possible? If not, I will not be using BBM any longer. Thank you!

    The pin number is hard coded into your device. no you cannot change it.
    Is there an issue that needs resolving like how to ignore invites, delete invites or the such?

    depends if you have a BlackBerry or not. If you have an Android device or other, just register a new BBID and your new PIN will be given to you ... you can't actually choose your pin.
