Can I get my contacts and pictures exported from my bold 9900 without a SIM card?
Hi
I have had a blackberry bold 9900 for two years now on pay monthly. I have just upgraded to an iPhone 5s. There has been a monumental c*ck up whereby my network have activated my new SIM card with the same number for my iphone and deactivated my old SIM card in the blackberry without telling me. The result is now, even with my old SIM card inserted into the blackberry, I have no signal on it.
When I switch on the blackberry, before I can select anything it instantly takes me to the blackberry ID sign in. I can't exit this screen at all or do anything apart from get to a screen that allows me to wipe my data. Because I have no signal due to an inactive SIM card, I cannot sign in to my blackberry I'd. Because I can't exit the screen from my blackberry I'd, I can't sign into a wifi network to allow me to sign in to my blackberry.
All I want to do is to access my contacts so I can manually type some of them into my new phone. Is there anyway round this, anyway by which I can access my contacts on my old handset? I don't care about wiping data off my phone or about my blackberry I'd, I just want to see my contacts list so I can manually input.
Thanks a million
