    What exactly are expecting folks here to help with? Contact your carrier or whoever sold you the device and inquire about an exchange.

    Settings...networks and Connections....mobile network...network technology (set as desired)...network selection mode(set as desired)

    Your carrier and your location will be the limiting factors.
